At British Polo Gin we are always looking for ways to work with nature, so after much experimentation, the Burghley Plum was born.
Ingredients:
50ml BPG Classic 100% Organic London Dry Gin
100ml Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic
3 plums
25ml gomme syrup
1 strawberry
Handful of ice
Recipe:
• Loosely chop plums
• Place plums in the bottom of glass and add gomme syrup
• Muddle together for a minute
• Place ice in separate glass
• Pour freshly made plum syrup over the ice
• Add BPG Classic 100% Organic London Dry Gin
• Pour in Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic, ideally down a bar spoon
• Garnish with strawberries
